Paul Lange, MD, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Donor Alliance since January 2021, where notable achievements include a 25% increase in organ donors and the implementation of data-driven clinical policies for organ and tissue donation. With extensive experience as an intensivist at Borgess Health since June 2002, Lange has also held the position of President of the Clinical Ascension Medical Group, where leadership has focused on enhancing healthcare provider work life and achieving quality goals in population health. Additionally, Lange fulfills an academic role as a Clinical Professor at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine and has contributed expertise as a medical consultant at SeaStar Medical. Previous leadership roles include Chief Medical Officer at Gift of Life Michigan and Medical Director of the Pulmonary Transplant Service at University Hospitals, alongside a robust educational background in medicine and critical care from Michigan State University and the Cleveland Clinic.
