Andrew Barnebey, P.E., is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at the Western Lake Superior Sanitary District since April 2024, Andrew previously held senior positions at TKDA and MSA Professional Services. With a career spanning over two decades, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in project management and site development through roles at Vierbicher, STEM Engineering Group, and CDS Engineering Corporation. Early career experiences include positions at Larimer County Engineering Department and JR Engineering, where Andrew developed construction permit programs and managed projects. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
