Rick Heron is the Chief Experience Officer at Western Health Advantage, a position held since March 2005, with previous roles including Chief Marketing & Brand Officer and Director of Community Relations. Prior to this, Rick served as Regional Marketing Manager at America Online for Broadband in 2004 and held the position of Director of Community Service at Maloof Sports and Entertainment from 1988 to 2003. Rick began a career in sports with the San Francisco Giants as a Giants Fund Assistant from 1988 to 1993. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of California, Davis.
