Brian Bianchi's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Brian started their career as an Executive Assistant at Gillett and Co in 2000. Brian then moved on to Investors Bank & Trust in 2001 as a Global Custody Operations Representative. In 2002, they joined Baltusrol Golf Club as the Director of Operations and held the position until 2020. In 2020, they joined Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation as the Manager of Caddie Scholarship Services, East and South. Brian later became the Director of WGA Director Development and then Senior Director of WGA Director Development. Currently, Brian is the Vice President of Caddie Development at Western Golf Association/Evans Scholars Foundation.

Brian Bianchi received their Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University in the year 2000. Brian later pursued further education and obtained an MBA in Sport Management from Seton Hall University, completing their studies in 2009.
