Josh Wertz has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Estimating and Chief Operating Officer at Western Engineering Contractors, Inc., a position held since January 2009. Prior to this role, Josh Wertz was the Vice President of Estimating at the same company from May 2003 to January 2009, and served as Estimating Manager before that. Josh Wertz began their career at Santa Cruz Asphalt, where responsibilities included Estimator and Project Manager from 1998 to April 2003.
