Yaara Kadar is a seasoned IT asset management professional with a strong background in optimizing processes and managing resources across global operations. Currently serving as a Senior IT Asset & Telecom Expense Specialist and Team Manager at Western Digital, Yaara leads global IT asset management initiatives, focusing on cost-saving measures and data quality enhancement. Previous experience includes founding AllSet, where expertise was applied to improve organizational IT asset utilization and reduce costs. Additionally, Yaara held senior project management roles with successful project implementations at Do IT Wise and extensive management experience at Ness Technologies, where innovative global processes for asset management were developed and executed.
