Ryan Pollyniak has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles. Ryan started working at ADP Dealer Services in 2005 as a Territory Manager, where they managed a sales territory and proposed ERP solutions for car dealerships. In 2007, they joined Equisys, Inc. as a Channel Manager, responsible for North American sales of a Microsoft Dynamics NAV document management add-on solution. Ryan then joined Western Computer in 2015 as a Customer Success Manager and later transitioned to the role of Cloud Transformation Executive in 2021. In this role, they focus on new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Development for larger, more complex Western Computer customers, working closely with Microsoft personnel and internal technical resources to evaluate client needs and create proposals for appropriate software and professional services.
Ryan Pollyniak completed their undergraduate education from 1997 to 2002 at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business Administration, Economics, and Spanish. In 2002, they also attended the University of Valencia for a Minor degree to accompany their Bachelor's degree, specifically in Spanish. Later, in 2010, Ryan attended Miller-Heiman Strategic Selling, where they acquired a degree in Strategic Selling, with a special emphasis on Complex Solution Sales. Furthermore, in December 2017, they obtained certification in Exam 717: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales from Microsoft.
