Patrice Berthold currently serves as the General Manager of Women's Football at the Western Bulldogs, a position held since March 2024. Additionally, Patrice is a board member at SEDA College WA since June 2023. Previous roles include Executive Director of Service Delivery for the Victoria 2026 Commonwealth Games and General Manager of Operations for the ICC T20 World Cup Australia. Patrice also held senior positions at Cricket Australia from January 2016 to October 2021, including Head of Team Operations and Women's Team and Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes Program Coordinator at SEDA and Sports Coordinator/Physical Education Teacher at Mater Dei College. Patrice holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Edith Cowan University and completed education at St Norbert College.
