Jerril Rechter AM, FAICD, serves as Vice President of Business Development for Australia and New Zealand at The Walt Disney Company since 2021 and concurrently holds a mentoring position at Minerva Network. As a Board Director for the Western Bulldogs and its Community Foundation since 2017, Jerril has also led Basketball Australia as CEO from 2019 to 2021 and the Victorian Health Promotion Foundation (VicHealth) from 2011 to 2019. Additional roles include advising for the World Health Organization and serving as CEO for Leadership Victoria and the Footscray Community Arts Centre. Jerril's educational background includes fellowship at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and advanced leadership studies at Harvard Business School and RMIT University, alongside an upcoming program at London Business School.
