Muhammad Shoaib is a QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction industry. Currently employed at Western Bainoona Group since July 2019, Muhammad Shoaib previously held QA/QC Engineer positions at BinHam from June 2017 to May 2019 and Al Jaber Group from October 2010 to May 2017. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant QA/QC Engineer at China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) (L.L.C.) from August 2008 to September 2010. Muhammad Shoaib holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Peshawar, completed in 2008, and has a proven track record in implementing and coordinating QA requirements throughout procurement cycles, ensuring compliance with approved materials and methodologies.
