Kendra Stark is a seasoned Corporate Paralegal at Westcore Properties since November 2015, responsible for maintaining corporate books and records for over 300 entities and handling corporate governance tasks. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Paralegal and Escrow Coordinator at Lansing Companies, where responsibilities spanned real estate contracts and negotiations, and as a Senior Paralegal at Grant & Zeko, APC, with a focus on commercial collections and asset investigations. Kendra has also contributed as a Legal Secretary and Notary Public at DLA Piper, and as a Paralegal at Centara Capital in estate planning.
