Ellen Knights has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as Team Leader of Fan Services at MLSE since October 2013, Ellen engages with fans through social media and in-person events for teams like the Maple Leafs and Raptors. Additionally, as a Campsite Manager with Westcoast Connection since March 2019, Ellen oversees logistics at deluxe campgrounds during North American Active Teen Tours. Previous roles include overseeing staff productivity as the CNE Foundation 50/50 Manager, providing leadership as Cash Operations Supervisor at Woodbine Entertainment Group, and ensuring efficient polling as a Central Poll Supervisor for Elections Ontario. Ellen has also held various positions in customer service management at TD and retail management at Shoppers Drug Mart and Bally Total Fitness. Ellen's educational background comes from Winston Churchill Collegiate Institute, where studies occurred from 1998 to 2002.
