Camilla Ruth Marcus is the chef and founder of west~bourne since 2017. Prior to that, they co-founded TechTable in 2014, focusing on technology's impact on the hospitality industry. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Union Square Hospitality Group. Before that, they served as an Associate in Investments at CIM Group, L.P. from 2012 to 2013.
