Camilla Ruth Marcus is the chef and founder of west~bourne since 2017. Prior to that, they co-founded TechTable in 2014, focusing on technology's impact on the hospitality industry. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Union Square Hospitality Group. Before that, they served as an Associate in Investments at CIM Group, L.P. from 2012 to 2013. Camilla Marcus also gained experience as a Summer Intern in Investments at Colony Capital in 2011 and as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in 2010.

Camilla Ruth Marcus has an extensive education history. Camilla Ruth graduated from Harvard-Westlake High School in 2003 and went on to attend The Wharton School, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued further education at the International Culinary Center from 2007 to 2008, earning an Associate's degree. Camilla Ruth then expanded their academic horizons by attending New York University School of Law from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree. Additionally, during the same time frame, they studied at NYU Stern School of Business from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master of Business Administration degree.
