Ben Grundy is an experienced educator with over 12 years of classroom expertise in International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (PYP) teaching. Currently serving as a Grade 4 Teacher and Numeracy Learning Coach at Westbourne Grammar School since January 2022, Ben has also held various leadership roles, including Grade 5/6 Teacher at Truganina South Primary School and Wellness Coordinator and Curriculum Lead at Lumineer Academy. Significant responsibilities included grade level leadership for teams of teachers, mentoring colleagues, organizing community-based learning experiences, and implementing educational technologies. Ben Grundy possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) from Deakin University.
