Brian Gutzwiller-Phillips has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Division Manager at West Valley Construction Company Inc. since June 2012, where responsibilities include operational oversight, subcontractor management, material procurement, scheduling, quality control, and business development. Prior to this role, Brian was a Project Manager and Partner-Operator at PB & J Tree Removal from February 2008 to June 2012. Brian holds a B.S. in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, as well as educational backgrounds from San Jose State University and Cabrillo College.
