Bobby Norvell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, customer success, project management, and systems analysis. Currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development and Customer Success Manager at West Point Insurance Services since June 2014, Bobby excels in building and maintaining client relationships while managing customer expectations. Prior roles include Product Manager and Senior Project Manager at Innovators of Tampa Bay, where Bobby also held the position of Chapter President for the Tampa PDMA chapter. Previous experience includes roles as Business Systems Analyst at Edgewater Technology and Software Release Analyst at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Bobby holds a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, a Summer School degree in Technology from Universität Osnabrück, and an AA in Business from St. Petersburg College.
