Séamus Kilbane has extensive work experience in finance and consulting roles. Séamus is currently the Senior Director of Financial Shared Services at West Pharmaceutical Services since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor and Interim CFO at Kindesan Consulting from February 2019 to July 2020. From June 2017 to January 2019, they served as the International CFO at Magento Commerce. Séamus also has experience as a Finance Director at Quest Software from June 2016 to February 2017 and Alere, Inc. from June 2011 to February 2015. Séamus has worked as a financial consultant and interim CFO with various clients and has held leadership roles at APC, NetIQ/Attachmate, and Siebel Systems. Séamus'sexpertise includes establishing shared business service centers and providing financial consulting services.

Seamus Kilbane holds a BComm degree in Business from the University of Galway. Séamus is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, having obtained the FCA degree from Chartered Accountants Ireland. In terms of additional certifications, Seamus has completed the "Body Language for Leaders" course offered by LinkedIn in 2017, as well as a "Certificate in Director's Duties and Responsibilities" from Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2010.
