Andrew Parry has extensive experience in engagement and internal communication, currently serving as the Head of Engagement & Internal Communication at West Midlands Trains since September 2018. Previously held roles include Organisational Development Manager and HR Specialist for West Midlands Trains Mobilisation, along with serving as Head of Engagement UK at Abellio Group, where responsibilities included leading engagement activities. Andrew also held the position of HR Workstream Lead for East Midlands Rail Mobilisation and spent over 25 years at Merseyrail as Head of Engagement & Reward. Andrew holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Law from the University of Liverpool and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from St Helens College.
