Pippa Mills is an accomplished law enforcement professional currently serving as Assistant Commissioner at Metropolitan Police since October 2023. Previous roles include Chief Constable at West Mercia Police from September 2021 to October 2023 and Deputy Chief Constable at Essex Police from May 2017 to September 2021, where Pippa Mills also held the position of Assistant Chief Constable. Earlier in their career, Pippa Mills served as a temporary commander and police constable at Metropolitan Police from December 2003 to May 2017 and from November 1996 to February 2001, respectively.
