Rob Herrera is a seasoned design and facilities professional with extensive experience in retail development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Store Development at Janie and Jack since January 2023, Rob also holds the position of Director of Store Design, Construction, Retail & Corporate Facilities at West Marine since April 2019. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Development at PF Chang's, Director of Store Planning & Construction at Gymboree Group, and leadership positions at Restoration Hardware and Coldwater Creek, where Rob oversaw architecture and design teams and contributed to strategic growth and rebranding efforts. With a strong background in managing complex projects and teams, Rob is poised for new opportunities in the design and retail space.
