Tom Dickinson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Principal Solicitor at West Lancashire Borough Council since June 2018. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Solicitor at Napthens LLP from October 2013 to June 2018, and at Brabners Chaffe Street from November 2004 to May 2013. Tom holds a BA Joint Honours degree in English and Latin from the University of Leeds, earned between 1996 and 1999, and completed legal studies at Chester College of Law from 2000 to 2002.
