Winsome Tam began their work experience in 2003 as an Assistant Manager at the British Council. Winsome then moved on to the role of Assistant Program Manager at Asia Society in 2007. In 2012, they became the Head of Programs (Arts & Culture) at Asia Society Hong Kong Center, where they worked until 2017.
