Dennis Ngan currently serves as the Director of the CEO Office at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, overseeing one of the world's largest cultural projects in Hong Kong. Previously, Ngan held the position of Deputy Executive Manager at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where significant contributions were made to establish the organization as a leading philanthropic foundation globally. Ngan's extensive experience also includes roles as Senior Manager and Senior Administrative Officer within various sectors of the Hong Kong Government, engaging in policy formulation and project management. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
