Alan Chan possesses extensive experience in project and design management within the architectural and construction sectors. Currently serving as Design Manager and Project Manager at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority since January 2017, Alan has held various positions including Project Manager at CONCORD GROUP LIMITED and Design Manager at Leighton Asia. Alan's career began as a Designer at C & A Interior Architects Limited and progressed through roles such as CAD Technician at hpa (Ho & Partners Architects) and Architectural Assistant at Integrated Design Associates Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Project Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Bachelor in Built Environment from Queensland University of Technology, and a Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies from City University of Hong Kong.
