HolliAnn (Zinnecker) Carney has been with West Gate Bank since March 2012, where current roles include AVP, Customer Service Officer, and Customer Support Manager, focusing on the management of an inbound call center and the implementation of Mobile Wallets and Digital Payment Systems. Previous positions at the bank include Retail Service Manager, responsible for EMV debit card solutions, and Retail Service Assistant, handling debit card reviews and check production. Earlier experience includes various roles in customer service such as Teller, Lead Teller, Teller Supervisor, and Universal Banker. In addition to banking, HolliAnn serves as a Mentor and Board President for Norris TeamMates since August 2014. Education was completed at Norris School District #160.
