Patricia Rowley currently serves as the Capital Projects Manager at West Dunbartonshire Council since February 2022 and has been the Flood Risk Management Officer at North Ayrshire Council since August 2010. Previous experience includes positions such as Senior Project Manager at Royal HaskoningDHV, overseeing the Helix Regeneration Project’s canal and road design; Project Manager at URS Corporation, managing infrastructure design for the Ravenscraig Project; Assistant Project Manager at Atkins & Partners Overseas for Dubailand’s Falcon City of Wonders; and Project Engineer/Senior Modeller at Atkins, focusing on drainage area plans and hydraulic modeling. Patricia Rowley holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Civil Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, completed in 2002.
