Evie Kinkade Smet is an experienced professional currently serving as an Operations Associate at West Coast Financial and as a Ceramics Instructor at The Pottery Atascadero, where curriculum development for wheel throwing workshops is a primary responsibility. As a Board Member for One Cool Earth since February 2024, Evie supports initiatives to create school garden programs for youth. Previously, Evie was the Director of Communications and Operations at One Cool Earth, where responsibilities included developing organizational policies, managing human resources, executing communications strategies, and coordinating community fundraisers. Earlier roles included Community Engagement Coordinator and Garden Educator, focusing on volunteer recruitment and educational programming. Evie earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Santa Clara University in 2019.
