Kayleigh Davis has extensive experience in retail management and merchandise coordination, currently serving as the Manager of the Superstore and Retail at West Coast Eagles since December 2019. In this role, Kayleigh drives retail strategy across both E-Commerce and physical channels, develops marketing campaigns, and leads the Superstore team to achieve sales targets. Prior to this position, Kayleigh worked with Netball WA, West Coast Fever, and Shooting Stars, where responsibilities included designing merchandise programs, enhancing partner relationships, and managing day-to-day merchandise operations. Kayleigh's earlier roles include Operations Manager at Upper 90 Soccer + Sport and Graduate Assistant at Long Island University, contributing to various operational and marketing initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Sports Science from Long Island University.
