Noel Mendoza, PE, is a Lead Plan Review Engineer at West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. since January 2021, where responsibilities include reviewing commercial and residential plans for building code compliance and supervising junior staff. Prior experience includes roles as a Plan Review Engineer at CSG Consultants, Inc. and as a Plan Check Engineer with the City of Mountain View. Noel started in the engineering field as a Civil Engineering Intern, contributing to plan checking for both residential and commercial projects, and earlier worked as a Quality Assurance Lab Technician at Central Concrete. Noel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
