Oren Katz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and operations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at West Basin Capital Management since June 2024, Oren previously held leadership roles at Graticule Asset Management Asia from January 2015 to July 2023, including Partner, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Additional experience includes roles at Fortress Investment Group as MD and COO/CFO of Graticule Asset Management Asia and a tenure at Tudor Investment Corporation as Global Head of Middle Office. Oren began a career in finance as an Auditor for Financial Services at Goldstein, Golub & Kessler after earning a BS in Accounting from the University at Albany. Oren is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
