Todd Mather has extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked in various roles for different companies. Todd began their career in 1997 at Wells Fargo, where they served as a Business Banking Manager for over 13 years. In 2010, they moved to Bremer Bank, where they held the positions of Senior Credit Director and Group Senior Credit Manager for almost a decade. Currently, Todd is working at West Bank as the Chief Credit Officer, a position they assumed in 2019.

Todd Mather attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1993 to 1996. During this period, they obtained a degree in Finance with a focus on Finance and Accounting.
