Whitney Esson is a seasoned publishing professional with extensive experience in legal book production. Since November 2014, Whitney has served as a Senior Publishing Specialist at West Academic, utilizing Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word to oversee the manuscript preparation process through various production steps to final publication. Previously, Whitney worked as a Publishing Specialist at the same company and as an Ice Skating Instructor at Shoreview Parks and Recreation from October 2015 to February 2020, where instruction was provided to children of varying ages. Early career experience includes serving as an Editorial Intern/Assistant at Wolters Kluwer Health, where project management and administrative tasks were supported for product development editors. Whitney holds a Master’s Degree in Publishing from Rosemont College and a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
