Molly Gay has extensive experience in human resources and customer service, currently serving as an HR Systems Adviser at Wessex Water since May 2017, following a role as an HR Assistant. Previously, Molly worked at The Co-op from February 2013 to June 2017 as a Customer Team Member, where responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service and managing bakery inventory based on sales and waste targets. Molly holds a BA (Hons) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of the West of England, completed from 2013 to 2016, and A-Levels from Midsomer Norton Sixth Form, attended from 2010 to 2012, along with foundational education at Somervale School from 2006 to 2011.
