Matt Chun has extensive experience in operational and customer service roles within the water and automobile industries. Currently serving as the Regional Operation Controller at Wessex Water since July 2011, Matt has progressed from a Control Room Dispatcher to ROC Support and eventually into the current position. Prior experience includes leading a customer service team at Helphire from June 2007 to September 2010 and serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative from March 2005 to July 2006. Educationally, Matt holds a Hotel & Catering GNVQ degree from the City of Bath College and has attended multiple educational institutions, including Ralph Allen, Saguaro High School, and Pala Middle School.
