Lucy Lowe possesses extensive experience in water supply management, currently serving as Supply Optimisation Manager at Wessex Water since November 1998. In this role, Lucy focuses on optimizing the supply network to meet customer demands while ensuring high quality and efficiency with minimal energy use. Previously, Lucy worked as Senior Water Supply Planner, handling various aspects of water resource management such as supply-demand balance and drought plans. Early career experience includes a role as Water Supply Planner and Environmental Consultant at Knight Piesold. Lucy holds a BSc in Marine Biology from Newcastle University, a CIWEM Diploma in Water and Environmental Management from the University of Bristol, an MSc in Pollution and Environmental Control from The University of Manchester, and a Foundation degree in Art & Design from Bath College. Lucy's educational background is complemented by a formative experience at Bristol Grammar School.
