Karen Cox has a diverse work experience in the water and wastewater industry. Karen currently works at Wessex Water, where they have held various roles since 2016. Karen'smost recent position is the Head of Waste Strategy, a role they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Investment Management from July 2019 to August 2023, responsible for coordinating the capital investment program and managing annual budgets.
