Jamie Axten has a background in the water industry. They worked at Thames Water from an unknown start date to June 2013 as an Abstraction Technician. Following that, they joined Wessex Water in June 2013 as a Network Technician until September 2016. From October 2016 to June 2019, Jamie served as a GRID Transition Manager at Wessex Water. Currently, Jamie holds the position of Head of Distribution at Wessex Water, starting from July 2019.

Jamie Axten attended the University of Leicester from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History and Politics.
