Kerry Jenkins is an experienced leader in shared services and employee benefits, currently serving as Director of Shared Services at Wespath Benefits and Investments since May 2023. Previously, Kerry held various roles at benefitexpress, including Vice President of Shared Services, where responsibilities included overseeing employee benefits implementation, managing COBRA and customer care functions, and leading culture transformation initiatives. Kerry's expertise extends to strategic planning, technical solutions implementation, and cross-functional collaboration, demonstrated through successful transitions for over 300 clients during a new billing system rollout. Earlier experience includes roles at Aon Hewitt, focusing on benefits analysis and customer service project management, as well as serving as Computer Applications Training Manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, where training programs for desktop applications were developed and delivered.
