Cassie Van Ess has extensive experience in business development and operational roles, currently holding positions at Wespac Construction and McDowell Mountain Music Festival (M3F) since January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as an Institutional Equities Coordinator at Robert W. Baird & Co. from March 2014 to December 2017, and working as a Contract Analyst at IMS Health from September 2011 to March 2014. Cassie also contributed as a Year Long Volunteer at Centro del Muchacho Trabajador/A Family of Families from August 2010 to August 2011, and held the role of Marketing & PR Coordinator at Berghammer Construction Corporation from January 2008 to August 2010. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Social Work from Ball State University.
