Ross Lander has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Ross began their career in 1997 at Standard Life Assurance Company, where they worked as a Life & Pensions Administrator and later transitioned to a Business Analyst role. In 2005, Ross joined Lloyds Bank Group as a Senior Business Analyst, a position they held for six years. Ross then moved to UK General, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst for three years. In 2014, Ross joined One Commercial Ltd as a Business Change Manager, where they played a crucial role in strategic decision-making, managing multiple projects, and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. Ross then joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Contract Business Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Ross returned to Lloyds Banking Group in 2019 as a Business Analyst on a contract basis. Currently, they are working at Wesleyan, where they started as a Business Analyst (Contract) in 2020 and later transitioned to the role of Lead Business Analyst in August 2021.
