Kiran Dhaliwal is an experienced Operational Risk Specialist currently employed at Wesleyan since December 2022. Previously, Kiran served as an Operational and Conduct Risk Business Partner at The West Brom from January 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included supporting the implementation of the Society’s Operational and Conduct Risk Management Frameworks and assisting business areas with risk identification and control measures. Kiran also worked as a Risk Analyst during the same tenure at The West Brom, focusing on the management of the Operational Risk Management Framework and engaging with various business areas on operational risk queries. Prior to this, Kiran gained experience as a Compliance Assistant at Pinsent Masons from April 2015 to January 2017, providing compliance services for onboarding clients across multiple regions, including Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Keele University, completed in June 2014.
