Hayley Russell is an experienced Capability and Wellbeing Manager at Wesleyan since June 2011, responsible for leading organizational capabilities and managing employee wellbeing strategies. Prior roles include People Development Consultant, Learning and Development Team Leader, and a variety of positions in quality assurance, focusing on enhancing organizational capabilities, developing training programs, and fostering performance management. With a proven track record in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions and consulting on organizational development needs, Hayley has effectively driven strategic transformation and growth throughout various roles. Additionally, Hayley holds CIPD qualifications obtained between October 2019 and April 2020.
