Aaron Wheeler currently serves as the Vice President at WesleyLife since July 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Vice President of Community Operations and Rehab Services at Santé from October 2015 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing multi-state operations for home health care and outpatient therapy services, as well as launching Alumus Healthcare Services. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Rehab, Regional Rehab Manager, and Senior Director of Rehab at HCR ManorCare, where Aaron demonstrated success in managing rehabilitation operations. Earlier career highlights involve leading Orthopaedic & Rehab Specialists of Iowa as President and Operations Manager, and overseeing clinical operations at Cleveland Physical Therapy Associates. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, along with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
