Arvind Shenoy, CA, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Arvind is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Wesdome Gold Mines since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked for Dundee Precious Metals Inc. for a significant period, starting in September 2010 and continuing until April 2023. During their time there, they held the position of Manager Financial Reporting and Systems, where they played a crucial role in preparing and filing financial statements, providing guidance on IFRS, and managing consolidation and procurement systems. Arvind also made contributions to the company's innovation campaign.

Before joining Dundee Precious Metals, Arvind worked at Ernst & Young, where they served as an Advisory Services Manager from July 2005 to February 2009. In this role, they collaborated with other team members to plan financial and SOX audit engagements, managed fieldwork and staff performance, and assisted clients in implementing SOX.

Prior to Ernst & Young, Arvind worked at KPMG, serving as a Senior Manager from September 1999 to February 2005. Arvind also gained experience as a SAP Consultant at Maars Software International Ltd. from January 1998 to February 1999. Arvind began their career as a Senior Accountant at EY from July 1993 to December 1997 and then worked as an Assistant Audit Manager at KPMG from October 1991 to February 1993.

Arvind Shenoy, CA, CPA, holds a diverse education history in the field of accounting. Arvind obtained their CA CPA designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Additionally, Arvind completed their CPA certification from AICPA Colorado, further enhancing their expertise. To expand their knowledge and skills, they pursued a CISA certification from ISACA. Arvind also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Mangalore University, providing a strong foundation in business and finance. Additionally, they gained expertise in SAP consulting by acquiring a Certified SAP Consultant qualification from SAP America. Furthermore, they obtained the prestigious FCA designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
