Courtney Coleman has extensive experience in compliance and regulatory management, currently serving as AVP Compliance and Regulatory Manager at WesBanco since July 2017. Previous roles at WesBanco include AVP Regulatory Relations, Policy and Regulatory Manager, and Associate Policy Manager. Prior to this, Courtney was the Safe Environment Coordinator at St. Michael Parish, where collaboration with key staff was essential. Experience also includes serving as a Site Monitor at Renewal, Inc., focusing on ensuring safety for residents and clients, and interning as a Youth Leader at Oakview Juvenile Residential Center, aimed at rehabilitating youth through behavior modification techniques. Courtney holds a Master of Science in Legal Studies from PennWest California and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies and Theology from Wheeling University.
