Kaixin Xu is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as General Manager at WeRide.ai in Singapore since 2022, Kaixin previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at iHandy from 2017 to 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Engineering at 神州专车, where focus was on ride-hailing software systems, and several roles at Cisco from 2011 to 2015, including Software Development Manager and Team Lead, managing teams developing solutions for video service providers. Early career experience includes project leadership at Scalable Network Technologies, Inc. Kaixin holds a Ph.D. in Computer Networking from UCLA and two degrees in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.
