Bernard De Brouwer is an experienced bunker trader currently working at WeRefuel since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a bunker trader and Fleet Operations Manager at Oilchart International NV from August 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing bunker operations for seagoing tankers. Bernard's early career involved an internship at Studio legale from September 2014 to January 2015. Educational qualifications consist of a Postgraduate Degree in Transport and Maritime Law from the University of Antwerp (2016-2018) and Bachelor's degrees in Business Management from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool (2012-2015) and Law from Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir (2013-2014).
