Yolanda Cortez is a licensed realtor with experience at WERE Real Estate and Century 21 Allstars since October 2020. Prior to their real estate career, Yolanda worked at AEG in various roles, including Employee Engagement Event Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed event coordination, internal communications, and support for staff development initiatives. Experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant at AEG/AXS involved providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management and travel assistance. Yolanda also served as a Global Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator, focusing on program planning and coordination for diversity initiatives. Earlier positions included teaching at Downey Unified School District and Kids Learn N Play, supported by a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from California State University, Los Angeles.
