Kayla Wheeler MSN, BSN, RN is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in nursing and infection prevention. Currently serving as an Infection Preventionist, Nursing Manager, Clinical Practice Leader, and Registered Nurse at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital since September 2018, Kayla has built a diverse skill set in clinical leadership and patient care. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network from July 2015 to September 2018, and at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in New Hampshire from December 2014 to July 2015. Kayla holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of New England.
