Prior to this, Joseph was the EVP Sales & Marketing at Key2Act from June 2019 to February 2023. Key2Act provides advanced technology solutions for smart buildings.
Before joining Key2Act, Joseph worked as the Sales Head | Midwest Region at Digitate from July 2018 to June 2019. Digitate is an enterprise cognitive automation leader.
Joseph's earlier experiences include volunteering on the Strategic Planning Committee at the Institute for Supply Management from February 2015 to May 2019, where they assisted with supply management initiatives. Joseph also held sales positions at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were the TAP Sales Head North America from March 2018 to July 2018 and the Sales Director | North America from April 2016 to March 2018.
Prior to that, Joseph worked as a Senior Account Executive at Coupa Software from December 2014 to March 2016, where they provided cloud-based finance solutions. Joseph also served as a Senior Sales Executive at Command Alkon from June 2011 to December 2014, specializing in bulk material supply chain solutions.
Joseph began their career as a North America Sales Manager at DXC Technology from December 2008 to June 2011 and as a Global Procurement Manager at Cintas from October 2007 to December 2008.
Joseph Alvarez attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 2001 to 2005. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Integrated Supply Chain Management.
